Important Information

casual plan details

The casual VoIP plan includes the following.

  • Calls to Australian local and national phone numbers are charged at 20 cents per call. A 2 minute call will be charged at 20 cents.
  • Calls to Australian mobile phone numbers are charged at 25 cents per minute in increments of 60 seconds, with no connection fee. A 2 minute call will be charged at 50 cents.
  • Calls to Australian numbers starting with 13 or 1300 are charged at 44 cents per call. A 2 minute call will be charged at 44 cents.
  • International calls are not available on the Casual plan.

basic plan details

The basic VoIP plan includes the following.

  • Free calls to Australian local and national phone numbers.
  • Calls to Australian mobile phone numbers are charged at 15 cents per minute in increments of 60 seconds, with no connection fee. A 2 minute call will be charged at 30 cents.
  • Calls to Australian numbers starting with 13 or 1300 are charged at 44 cents per call. A 2 minute call will be charged at 44 cents.
  • International calls are not available on the Basic plan.

plus plan details

The plus VoIP plan includes the following.

  • Free calls to Australian local and national phone numbers.
  • Free calls to Australian mobile phone numbers.
  • Calls to Australian numbers starting with 13 or 1300 are charged at 44 cents per call. A 2 minute call will be charged at 44 cents.
  • International calls are charged in increments of 60 seconds at our standard international call rates which can be found below.
