Change to 3G Coverage for Voipex mobile services

Voipex personal mobile phone plans and business mobile phone plans make use of the Optus 3G and 4G mobile phone network for coverage.

Optus operates their 3G network on dual bands. 900MHz and 2100MHz.

Throughout May 2022 and June 2022 Optus will be stop operating on the 2100MHz band.

The 900MHz Optus 3G network will continue to operate for some time, and most mobile phones and mobile broadband devices should be compatible. Just make sure your mobile phone supports 3G Network 900 MHz (UMTS/W-CDMA Band 8) or 4G Network 700 MHz (LTE Band 28) and you should not have any problems.
