There is no cost to change your service to a Fibre to the Premises (FTTP) service.

However, to take advantage of this free upgrade you must increase the speed of your plan and keep the upgraded plan active for 12 months, otherwise an upgrade fee of $220.00 will be applied.

If your existing nbn service is Fibre to the Node, you will need to upgrade to a Home Fast (100mbps/20mbps) speed plan as a minimum.

If your existing nbn service is Fibre to the Curb, you will need to upgrade to a Home SuperFast (250mbps/25mbps) speed plan as a minimum.

You may need to upgrade your nbn router to take advantage of any faster speeds.
