Credit Card or Direct Debit Consent

Where you have selected the Credit Card billing option you request and authorise Voipex Pty Limited to arrange for any amount Voipex Pty Limited may debit or charge you to be debited through a secure credit card processing facility from the credit card identified above.

Where you have selected the Direct Debit billing option you request and authorise Voipex Pty Limited to arrange for any amount Voipex Pty Limited may debit or charge you to be debited through a secure direct debit processing facility from the bank account identified above. By accepting this Direct Debit Request, you acknowledge having read and understood the terms and conditions governing the debit arrangements between you and Voipex Pty Limited as set out in this Request and in your Direct Debit Request Service Agreement.
